Abstract: A study is performed of Fe/Nb and Fe/Al2O3/Nb structures prepared on single-crystal MgO and Al2O3 substrates with different temperatures during deposition. It is found that structures prepared at high substrate temperatures (>600 K) on MgO display the most stable and (more important) reproducible transport properties of the samples. © 2023, Allerton Press, Inc.
