摘要
We report electrical measurements, XPS measurements, and photoconductivity on La1 − δMnO3/metal interfaces. A clear evidence of a photo-induced insulator–metal transition of a La0.81MnO3/Al/Al2O3/Nb tunnel junction and second peak on R–T dependence of LaMnO3/metal junctions are reported. These effects are explained in terms of formation of the La1 − δMnO3 oxygen depleted layer caused by the out-diffusion of oxygen in La1 − δMnO3/metal interface.
