摘要
Early induction of axillary shoots in sugarcane has been obtained by using MS medium supplemented with riboflavin 10 mg/l along with growth regulators BAP (0.25 mg/l), NAA (0.5 mg/l) and kinetin (1.07 mg/l). Lowest level of riboflavin (1 mg/l) with the combination of 2.0% sucrose induced higher frequency of multiplication.
