摘要
The influence of various pharmaceutical factors on the release of active substances from matrix tablets based on interpolyelectrolyte complexes of poly(methacrylic acid) and poly(ethylene glycol) has been studied. By varying these factors, it is possible to control the drug release kinetics and create new medicinal forms with preset properties. The most important factors in this respect are the polymer fraction in the composition and the character of interaction between the active substance and matrix components. © 2005 Springer Science+Business Media, Inc.
