The energies, spectroscopic factors, magnetic dipole and electric quadrupole moments of the ground and excited states of 123Te, and reduced probabilities of electromagnetic transitions between these states have been calculated within the dynamic collective model and compared with experimental data. © 2009 Allerton Press, Inc.
