摘要
The classical pattern of reproductive hormones is their pulsatility. Through its stimulation of gonadotropin from the pituitary, GnRH represents a critical step in the reproductive cascade. Similar to other hormone, GnRH receptor can be identified. Three main proteins involvement in the hormone–receptor process is Gq, Gs and Gi. Here, the author uses a mathematical principle to model the reaction of GnRH and GnRHR in control of secretion of Gonadotropin. The derived model can show that the pattern of Gonadotropin secretion is complex and consist of two pulsatile positive stimulation by Gq and Gs and one pulsatile negatile stimulation by Gi.
