摘要
The thermal expansion and isothermal compressibility of TlGaSe2were measured from 77 to 300 K. The results indicated a second-order phase transition around 110 K. The experimental data were used to calculate the Debye characteristic temperature, rms atomic displacement, and difference in the specific heats at constant pressure and volume.
