We investigate actions of the modular group PSL(2,Z)\documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document}$$PSL(2, \mathbb {Z} )$$\end{document} on the projective line over finite fields PL(F7n)\documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document}$$PL(\mathbf {F}_{7^{n}})$$\end{document} and find interesting relation between the coset diagram of orbits and the carbon allotrope with negative curvature D168 Shewarzite. We also highlighted some topological aspects of these diagrams.
