摘要
Scanning probe microscopy and its effective applications for medical purposes are discussed. An overview of the possibilities and prospects of using the results of probe microscopy in biomedicine is given. The principles of measurement and the advantages of scanning probe microscopy over other diagnostic methods, such as high-resolution optical microscopy and electron microscopy, are described.
