摘要
This paper examines the mediating role of trust in the relationship between stakeholder behavior and stakeholder management of Public Private Partnership Projects in Uganda. The study adopts a cross sectional and quantitative approach. Data were collected using a questionnaire from a sample of 103 public private partnership projects. Results indicate that trust partially mediates the relationship between stakeholder behavior and stakeholder management. Results further indicate that stakeholder behavior and trust are positively associated with stakeholder management. This paper calls for a new approach of managing stakeholders with the increasing demand for the role of trust and understanding stakeholder behaviors.
