Background Inflammation-related Endothelial vascular leakage (EVL) is associated with poor clinical prognosis. Endothelial glycocalyx (EG) is a novel therapeutic target for EVL. bMSCs (Bone Mesenchymal Stem Cells) are potential therapies for EVL, but the effect of bMSCs on EG has not been investigated.
