A system of impurity ions in the same charge state at finite temperatures is studied. A theory describing the spatial correlations of impurity ions under conditions where the correlation radius of an impurity hole has an upper bound because of a deficiency of free impurity sites is proposed. An explicit expression for the pair-correlation function is obtained, and the influence of correlations in the positions of the impurity ions on the electron mobility in the limiting case of T=0 is considered.
