Analysis of lattice mismatch of the α- and α2-phases is performed as a function of the original structure and solid solution alloying for titanium pseudo-α-alloys with elevated content of aluminum. The structure of the alloys is studied by scanning and transmission electron microscopy and x-ray diffraction analysis. It is shown that alloying with tin and zirconium lowers the lattice mismatch of the phases, especially in the case of formation of an α + α2 structure by a spinodal mechanism. The thermal stability of the forming structures is discussed.
