Abstract: A new rubber fly species, Dioctria pseudokazak sp. n., is described from Turkmenistan. Lectotypes are designated for Dioctria niedli kazak Lehr, 1965 and D. niedli nigrescens Lehr, 1965; both the taxa are promoted to species, correspondingly, Dioctria kazak Lehr, stat. n. and D. nigrescens Lehr, stat. n. Photographs of the details of the male genital structures of Dioctria kazak, D. nigrescens, and D. gussakovskii Lehr, 1965 are given for the first time. © 2023, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.
