摘要
The review summarizes and analyzes both theoretical aspects and practical applications of C-, N-, O-, and S-alkylation with α-halo ketones of aliphatic, alicyclic, aromatic, and heterocyclic compounds. Some reactions of α-halo ketones with difunctional nucleophiles are also discussed.
