Analysis and systematization of proton activity in the declining phase near the minimum of the 23rd cycle of solar activity in the period 2004–2005 have been performed. Flux, spectral, energy, and some temporal characteristics of the solar proton events observed in the near-Earth space during the noted period are investigated and reported.
