摘要
A series of 3-(N,N-disubstituted)acetamide-1-R-2-aminobenzimidazolium chlorides were synthesized. Their pharmacological properties were studied. It was established that the synthesized substances decreased platelet aggregation and possessed antioxidant and antiarrhythmic activity. Some of the compounds produced a hypoglycemic action and exhibited antagonistic activity with respect to serotonin 5-HT2 receptors.
