摘要
Callus tissues and green globular embryoids are obtained in a pea anther culture on a medium with 2,4-D after cold (4°C) treatment of buds. In experiments with the use of treating buds with cold (4°C) and anther culture with heat (32 and 35°C), green embryogenic and morphogenetic calli are induced and regenerant plants are obtained. The origin of the regenerants is established by genetic markers.
