In this paper, we study a discrete haematopoiesis model Δ y n = -αyn + βyn-km/1 + yn-kp for n = 0,1,..., where α ∈(0,1), β ∈ (α,∞), m ∈ (1,∞), p ∈ [m,∞), k ∈ ℕ, and establish some results about oscillation and global asymptotic stability of the positive solution of this model. © 2008 KSCAM and Springer-Verlag.
