摘要：

A novel series of 5-[(1-aryl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)methyl]-10,11-dihydro-5H-dibenzo[b,f]azepine derivatives were synthesized by employing click chemistry approach starting from 10,11-dihydro-5H-dibenzo[b,f]azepine and evaluated for their cytotoxicity against a panel of three cancer cell lines (SiHa, MDA-MB-231, PANC-1). Many of the tested compounds exhibited significant anticancer activity, and compound 4g was found to be the most promising analogue in this series.
