In Higa L. A. A. et al. Nature Cell Biol. 5, 1008–1015 (2003), the last line of the legend to Fig. 3e “monitor CDT1, CHK2 and CHK1 levels by western blot.”, was missing as a result of a technical error. The legend has now been modified online.
