An application of potentiometric sensor arrays with polymeric plasticized membranes for the quantitative determination of surfactant homologs of different types (anionic, cationic, nonionic) has been considered. Literature data on the determination of surfactants in aqueous samples with the use of sensors manufactured by different technologies were analyzed. Characteristics of potentiometric multisensor systems of the “electronic tongue” type in the separate determination of surfactant homologs were assessed.
