摘要
A new method of synthesis of nanodispersed yttrium-aluminum garnet (YAG, Y3Al5O12) consisting in the solvothermal treatment of a mixture of the respective elements of chlorides and aluminum isopropylate in high-boiling organic solvents (diphenyloxide, oleic acid, stearic acid, and oleylamine) at 250–300°C and under atmospheric pressure has been developed. Subsequent precursor treatment allows fabrication of YAG at temperatures as low as 850°C. The synthesized compounds have been investigated by the methods of IR spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and complex thermal analysis, and electron microphotography.
