Qualitative properties of nonnegative solutions of some semilinear elliptic equations in cylindrical domains

摘要：
In this paper, we study symmetry and monotonicity properties of nonnegative solutions of semilinear elliptic equations with mixed boundary conditions in a half cylinder. We will prove that under suitable conditions, every bounded nonnegative solution of the equation has one-dimensional symmetry.
