摘要
Vigorous physical activity is associated with cardiovascular disease risk factors in children both cross-sectionally and longitudinally.MVPA may not be a stimulus of enough intensity to trigger potential cardiometabolic benefits in healthy children. There is a need to promote vigorous physical activity in childhood in order to promote cardiometabolic health.
