摘要
In order to improve the accuracy of high-precision mechanism with revolute clearance joints, an experimental and analytical method is proposed for investigating the actual dynamic response in this paper. With contact-impact and friction effects taken into account, the continuous contact force model and modified Coulomb’s friction model are employed to describe the contact characteristics between journal and bearing. Then, the experimental test rig is established for performing the dynamic performance tests of high-precision mechanism with different working conditions. Moreover, the stability analysis and energy analysis of high-precision mechanism are conducted. And, the mathematical statistics parameters are applied to represent the mapping relationship between operational parameters and dynamic behavior of high-precision mechanism. The valuable conclusions could be an advantage to decrease the vibration, wear and energy consumption.
