摘要
Anuradha Mittal questions if nano-technology is going to provide the next revolution in food and agriculture industry. This powerful new technology is being rushed on to the market by corporations before even basic safety concerns can be addressed. However, she points out there are many downsides in relation to health and environmental threats that are not taking into account by the world's largest food and beverage corporations pushing nano-technology based solutions.
