摘要
Titanium oxide (TiO2) is one of the promising anode materials for lithium-ion batteries. However, it suffers from low electronic conductivity and severe volume change during the electrochemical cycles. Herein, MXene Ti3C2 and TiO2 composites are successfully obtained via a hydrothermal pretreatment. The as-prepared Ti3C2/TiO2 composites have the following advantages, including high electronic conductivity and superior structural stability. In addition, the large MXene layer space could prevent structural collapse and promote rapid lithium-ion transport. As a result, the Ti3C2/TiO2 anode exhibits a high capacity of 186 mAh g−1 after 300 cycles at 1.0 A g−1. This work provides new insight into improving the performance of TiO2 anode materials for lithium-ion batteries.
