(GIO) informiert über ein etabliertes Standardkonzept zur fähigkeitsorientierten Arbeitsanforderungs- und Arbeitsfähigkeitsbeschreibung, welches sich im Rahmen der Arbeitsfähigkeitsbegutachtung bewährt hat. Es beschreibt die Fremd- und Selbstbeschreibung psychischer Fähigkeiten sowie die psychischen Arbeitsanforderungen.
