摘要
The Central Entomological Laboratory of Zoological Survey of India, Kolkata has three different unidentified species of Mantodea which Wood-Mason assumed to be new to science. Out of these, one specimen, without any date, is described here as Ephestiasula maculata sp. nov. The species is distinctly different from all known species under the genus Ephestiasula. The genital of the species has been described. The key and distribution of all species known under the genus are provided. The comparison of this species with related ones is discussed. The other two species could not be described as they are much mutilated. © 2019, Zoological Society, Kolkata, India.
