摘要：
Maligne epitheloide Mesotheliome der Tunica vaginalis testis des Hodens sind sehr selten. Häufig sind sie eine Zufallsdiagnose bei histologischer Aufarbeitung des Hydrozelektomiepräparats. Aufgrund ihres aggressiven Wachstums und ihrer schlechten Prognose steht die radikalchirurgische Sanierung an erster Stelle. Wir berichten über einen 45-jährigen Patienten, bei dem das epitheloide Mesotheliom zufällig nach Hydrozelektomie entdeckt wurde.
