Let (Formula presented.) be a ring with center (Formula presented.). A map (Formula presented.) of (Formula presented.) (resp. (Formula presented.) of (Formula presented.) is called a centrally-extended derivation (resp. a centrally-extended endomorphism) if for each (Formula presented.) and (Formula presented.) (resp. (Formula presented.) and (Formula presented.)). We discuss existence of such maps which are not derivations or endomorphisms, we study their effect on (Formula presented.) , and we give some commutativity results. © 2015, The Managing Editors.
