摘要：
Bei chronischen körperlichen Erkrankungen haben psychosoziale Faktoren Einfluss auf Verlauf und Outcome der Erkrankung. Das gilt auch für entzündlich rheumatische Erkrankungen wie die rheumatoide Arthritis, die Spondylarthropatien, die systemischen Kollagenosen und das Fibromyalgie-Syndrom. Der Beitrag summiert hierzu die evidenz-basierten Befunde und erläutert anhand von 3 Kasuistiken die Möglichkeiten psychosomatischer Behandlungen bei rheumatischen Erkrankungen.
