A complex device for optimizing the modes of crystallization of polymer-piezoelectric ceramics composites under conditions of the simultaneous effect of the temperature and the electric discharge plasma arising in the air between the dielectrics (plasma crystallization) is created. A distinguishing feature of the present device is its applicability for the investigation of the charge state and the physicomechanical, electro-, and thermophysical properties of the composite materials.
