We study the boundary-value problem for a nonlinear mixed-type equation with the Lavrent’ev–Bitsadze operator in the main part and a functional delay or advance in the lowest terms. We construct a general solution to the equation under consideration and prove the unique solvability of the problem. © 2017, Allerton Press, Inc.
