Electrical properties of lead-free 0.98(Na0.5K0.5Li0.1)NbO3-0.02Ba(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3 ceramics by sintering temperature

NKLN-BZT ceramic microstructure and electric properties were studied with a special emphasis on the influence of sintering temperature in the range of 1070°C–1110°C. The result of XRD analysis indicates that the orthorhombic phase was found at the temperature of 1090°C, and those samples show the maximum values of piezoelectric coefficient (d33 = 200 ρC/N), electromechanical coupling coefficient (kp = 38%), and remnant polarization (Pr= 24 µC/cm2).
