摘要
The problem of self-consistent description of dense clusters of charged particles characterized by time-dependent fields is considered. The classical and quantum problems are considered. The results can be applied to the study of clusters in laser fields, as well as to the study of the acceleration of multicharge ions and extreme states of matter.
