Unconventional Coherently Precessing Spin States of Superfluid Phases of Liquid 3He and Antiferromagnetic U2D2 Solid 3He

New coherently precessing spin states in superfluid A and B phases of liquid3He and antiferromagnetic U2D2 solid3He are described. These unconventional dynamical modes are stabilized in the states with nonequilibrium value of the magnitude\documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document} $${\text{M = }}\left| {\overrightarrow {\text{M}} } \right|$$ \end{document}of the nuclear magnetization. Especially interesting regimes are developed at one half of the equilibrium magnetization (M = M0/2, M0 = χH0). One of such exotic dynamical modes has been recently observed in3He-B.
