In this revision of the genus Sarcodum, one new species, S. solomonensis R. Clark, currently known only from one collection, is described and illustrated. A key to all three species is provided, together with descriptions of the two previously known taxa in the genus. © 2008 The Board of Trustees of the Royal Botanic Gardens.
