Synthesis and properties of layered perovskite compounds

摘要：
Bi2An − 1BnO3n + 3 ceramics are fabricated where A and B are ions of Ti, W, Pb, Nb, and Mo. The process of synthesis is studied, and the changes in the charge mass and volume during sintering are determined. The ceramic production process is optimized. The dielectric properties of the ceramics are investigated, and the factors affecting the diffuseness of phase transitions are revealed.
