摘要
The changes of structure and shape recovery parameters of functional titanium nickel alloys of different compositions TN-1В, TN-20, and TN-10, are investigated. It is shown that the features of structure formation control the variation in the basic characteristics of the alloys. Precipitation of the titanium-enriched, Ti2Ni, and nickel-enriched, TiNi3, phases in the course their production and subsequent thermomechanical processing results in shifting the phase-transformation regions and changing the parameters of shape-recovery effects. An increase in the concentration of nickel ensures a longer period of manifestation of shape-recovery effects due to a decrease in the temperature of the onset of martensitic transformation Ms and an increase in the temperature Md, which offers a possibility of using these alloys in a wide range of temperatures.
