A new conifer genus Sachatenia gen. nov. from the Upper Cretaceous deposits of the Lena-Vilyui depression (Eastern Siberia)

A New conifer genus Sachatenia N. Nosova et Golovneva is described from the Upper Cretaceous deposits of the Timerdyakh Formation (Lena-Vilyui depression). In epidermal morphology the new genus resembles genera of the Miroviaceae group.
