Effect of Aprotic Solvents on the Macromolecular Reaction of Hydrazidation of the Graft Copolymer of Polycaproamide and Polyglycidyl Methacrylate

摘要
The kinetic parameters of the initial stage of the heterophase reaction of α-oxide groups in the graft copolymer of polycaproamide and polyglycidyl methacrylate in different solvents are determined. The significant effect of substitution of a polar hydroxyl-containing solvent by bipolar aprotic solvents on the reaction rate of hydrazidation of PCA-PGMA copolymer is demonstrated and is primarily caused by an increase in the nucleophilicity of hydrazine hydrate due to a change in its solvation and an increase in the diffusion coefficient.
