摘要
We analyze the influence of structure on the physicomechanical properties of a refractory corrosionresistant alloy doped with rhenium and tantalum (4.07 and 2.62 wt.%, respectively). As a result of optimization of the conditions of heat treatment, we obtain a homogeneous dispersed microstructure with complete dissolution of the γ -γ ′-eutectic and a high volume fraction of the hardening γ ′-phase in the matrix of solid solution of the γ -phase. It is experimentally established that the physicomechanical properties and long-term strength of the new alloy meet the operational requirements to turbine blades of gas-turbine engines for energy purposes.
