摘要
Non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) is an essential choice for 5G techniques. Especially, the ergodic capacity of NOMA systems is studied extensively to date. In this paper, the expressions of sum rate for two users of downlink NOMA over Rician and Rayleigh channels are firstly given based on the order statistics of channel condition. Further, the sum rate with multiple users is simplified over Rayleigh channels, and the approximated sum rate with multiple users is derived hereupon. It is inferred via theoretical analysis and simulations that, the power allocation only plays an important role within the range of certain signal to noise ratio (SNR).
