We give a manageable sufficient condition for indecomposability of Butler B(n)\documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document}$$\mathrm B (n)$$\end{document}-groups, allowing the easy construction of a big family of indecomposable torsionfree Abelian groups of finite rank.
