In this paper, some strong and Δ-convergence results are proved for Suzuki generalized nonexpansive mappings in the setting of CAT(0)\documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document}$\mathit{CAT}(0)$\end{document} spaces using the K iteration process. We also give an example to show the efficiency of the K iteration process. Our results are the extension, improvement and generalization of many well-known results in the literature of fixed point theory in CAT(0)\documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document}$\mathit{CAT}(0)$\end{document} spaces.
