摘要
The effects of different austempering temperatures on the microstructure and properties of high manganese carbidic austempered ductile iron (CADI) were studied. The results show that with the increase of the austempering temperature, the acicular ferrite in the high manganese CADI structure becomes coarser, and it turns into feathers. At the same time, the retained austenite and austenite carbon content gradually increase. The austempering temperature has no obvious effect on the hardness of high manganese CADI, and the wear resistance decreases with the increase of the austempering temperature. When the austempering temperature is 270 °C, it has the best wear resistance and the macroscopic hardness is also very high.
