In this paper, we consider the existence and multiplicity of positive solutions to m\documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document}$$m$$\end{document}-point boundary value problem of nonlinear fractional differential equation. By using the fixed point index theory, the multiplicity result of positive solutions is obtained.
