摘要
A balance equation describing radionuclide transport in a bukhta, taking account of turbulence and suspension settling on the bottom, is formulated. The coefficients of vertical and horizontal turbulent transport, the settling rate of the suspension, and the radionuclide discharges during accidents are determined from measurements of the radionuclide concentration in the bukhta and by solving the equation. The transport coefficients and the settling rate in the bukhta are found to be low compared to their values in the open sea. This fact must be taken into account when making assessments of the consequences of radiation accidents in bukhtas.
